A banda foi formada na Florida em 1966 por Mike Pinera (guitarra e vocal), Manuel "Manny" Bertematti (bateria), Emilio Gracia (teclados), Joe Lala (percussão) e Malcolm Jones (baixo). A belíssima canção RIDE CAPTAIN RIDE foi seu maior sucesso, mas o disco inteiro é muito bacana e vale à pena conferir.
